Health, Safety & Environmental Management

CSUB’s management systems include the following fully documented and implemented management system for HSEQ and Environmental Management.

HSE is a key issue for CSUB during all phases of a project and will be addressed prior to all project start ups. This is normally done using a Risk Assessment procedure where all areas and operations involved in the project will be evaluated. A Project HSE Plan will be issued if required by the client.

CSUB have a system of covering reports and follow-up of all unwanted incidents and accidents

Quality Management
For production quality control CSUB have developed Quality Control Documents/Check lists to cover the following:
  • Raw materials – all raw materials to be checked upon receipt (batch certificate, etc)
  • Moulding – full traceability records for raw materials
  • Full traceability records for lay up and moulding operation including temperature/ humidity etc.
  • Final Inspection Testing
An Inspection and Test Plan will be established prior to production start-up and issued for Client’s approval.
