Innovative Design:
The ramp features a curved support channel that ensures optimal guidance during pull-in operations and reliable support in service. An optional Top Cover provides additional protection against environmental loads and dropped objects, while the ramp facilitates controlled water flow through for cooling. The complete system provides superior long-term fatigue protection throughout its entire lifetime.
Seamless Installation System:
The J-Tube Ramp is designed for streamlined integration with J-tube systems, simplifying offshore installation and reducing overall installation costs compared to traditional solutions. The optional J-Tube Ramp Top Cover uses a simple, reliable locking concept developed by CSUB based on decades of experience with protection covers. With a slim design, the system is well suited for confined spaces where J-tubes are closely positioned.
An upwardly curving base provides flexibility in vertical positioning.

Constructed from Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GRP), the structure has a corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free design. Expected design life exceeds 50 years.
